 Our jewelry items are among the finest available in the industry. But, since they are special-order items that are personalized to your specification, we cannot provide them on an "approval" basis.

Each request for return of merchandise will be given a thorough personal review with you. We stand behind our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Manufacturing defects and items damaged in shipment will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Due to the customary manufacturing cycle for personalized items, we generally ship
within 10 working days after the order is placed.
Due to certain manufacturing requirements, a man's ring larger than a size 10 or
a lady's ring larger than a size 7 may incur a nominal extra charge.
